DANU DECK CLASS

continuing students.
The
Danu Deck is an assessment tool and learning aid drawing on the intuitive
properties of the Goddess Danu, the original Goddess. The Five Elements
and Twelve Organ Meridians form the base for learning and exploring the
intuitive side of ourselves and our clients.
Each
class member will receive a new full colour deck and a revised book. The
Danu Deck has proven to be an excellent tool to learn and use Five Element
Theory.

FERTILITY CYCLES:
Gynecology, Midwifery, Birth and Menopause
Class Fee: $395
In this three day class, we will address the
process of the fertility cycle, common gynaecological symptoms,
menstruation, PMS, pregnancy, childbirth and menopause. Clinical use of
the Extraordinary Vessels will be included.
Treatment to support prenatal health, treatments
for many conditions of pregnancy and menopause will be explored.
Labour & childbirth support will be a major focus
of the class. New perspectives about menopause will be covered in depth.
Prerequisite:

ASSESSMENT
THROUGH MERIDIAN PALPATION
Class Fee: $150 |

In this one day intensive workshop you will learn
a specialized hands on technique for assessing the meridians by massaging
along their pathways.
The class will integrate many modalities of body
micro systems theory to enhance a practitioners style and effectiveness of
treatment. Exploration of the emotional and spiritual energetics of the
body segments as well as the body - mind interface will be covered.
This is an opportunity to view body tensions from a quantum physics
perspective. The protocol can be used as a stand alone treatment for
opening the channels, excellent for use in a spa environment or as a
powerful assessment skill to enhance your treatment style.

REJOINING
THE OCEAN:
Palliative Care for the Ethereal Soul
Class Fee: $275
In this two day workshop we will learn skills to
enable us to be more present and supportive to those with life threatening
or 'terminal illness'.
Spirit points, pain management techniques, fear of death and working with
altered states will be studied. Innovative skills will be taught for
communicating with people in coma states.
Care for the caregiver, perspectives on grieving, and ways of opening to
personal spiritual work at the edge will be covered. Beliefs about
transition and soul work will be also be explored.

COUNSELLING
SKILLS:
Body/Mind Counselling Skills
The Seeds Of Healing
Class Fee: $295
The Jin Shin Do® Foundations requires a
minimum of twenty five hours of basic counselling skills towards
certification requirements.
The
objective is to increase the practitioners comfort level with feelings and
images that may arise during sessions.
Participants will learn counselling skills like active listening and body
focusing techniques. Conscious and unconscious levels of communication
will be explored.
Students will learn to be present with clients in
a supportive, compassionate manner.
Understanding and addressing transference and counter transference issues
as well as the ethics involved in the therapeutic relationship will be
covered in the program.
This two and a half day workshop is an
opportunity to learn and deepen counselling skills for body / mind
process.
Through the introduction of many modalities (Dream
Body, Hakomi, Gestalt, & communication techniques) you
will learn how to: create a safe environment, support clients to
experience and release painful emotions and help clients contact inner
resources.

FIVE ELEMENTS
As Taught By Tolling Jennings
This class is focused on the relationship between the
5 Elements and the segments of armoring in the body. Students will be introduced to the 12 basic concepts of counseling that create a safe and supportive environment where process can emerge. Both the attitudes of the Yang Meridians and the
emotions held in the Yin Meridians will be discussed and explored using a series of interactive questions and breathing techniques combined with acu-point releases. Students will have profound insight into the way counseling can open a client
to the deepest levels of process.
This class also complements the use of the Danu Deck, a Taro type card deck based on the 5 elements, and improves the overall effectiveness of a Danu Deck card reading.
This class satisfies 12.5
hours of the 25 hour requirement for registration as a Jin Shin DoŽ Practitioner.
Each student will receive a full colour illustrated booklet.
Body/Mind Counselling Skills
WITH A FIVE ELEMENT PERSPECTIVE

In this workshop through the study of Five
Elements, you will augment your skill and ability to recognize and
work with psychological patterns that influence well being.
Learn techniques to decipher the deeper meaning of body symptoms and
explore altered states.
This class is an excellent overview of the Five Element Perspective of the Bodymind interface. Qi Gong, breathing exercises and movement techniques are covered in this class.

This class uses the Jin Shin Do® Facial as a launch site to explore
the attitudes of the Yang meridians.
A
tremendous amount of energy enters and leaves the body through the face.
This reciprocal flow of energy leaves an impression on our face.
Working with tension in the neck, face and arms presents a map for
exploration into the deeper world of attitudes.
Attitudes determine where and how we use our spirit energy and how we
create tension and stress in our lives. This class is 6 hours of Facial
and 8 hours of counselling.

THOUGHT FIELD
THERAPIES
Energy Psychology
Class Fee: $150
Thought Field Therapies have been described as the most radical
breakthroughs in psychological energy blocks.
Negative emotions or thoughts trigger energy disruptions in the electrical
field of the body with direct correlations to the energy meridians.
By
tapping an established code and sequence along precise energy points on
the meridians long held emotional patterns, phobias or pain can be
alleviated almost instantaneously.
This
class will be 50% experiential or "hands on" and 50% will provide history,
theory and background to the energy psychology therapies.
